Barb....

Here is Barb, who has been wwoofing with us since last friday.   She was helping me in the studio, sanding and pricing the stuff out of the kiln, and of course - as women often do - we started exchanging stories of our lives so far....and because she is a little older than most wwoofers, we had quite a lot in common.    not only is she a Ferron fan....you don't met many of them around here....she also lived in Hamilton at the same time we did and she actually spent a lot of time at the hospital (studying) were the twins were born, at the same time!   weird eh!  Well it gets wilder!   they say that most of people we meet are 6 degrees of separation from someone we know....well, during one of our conversations we discovered that she is good friends with my exhusband's new partner Jill!    how crazy is that....and to fit all the pieces together and come up with this conclusion is just kinda crazy i think!   anyway, she is a delight to have around, and has been so helpful and willing to just jump in when needed.   She is leaving early, which is a pity....but we've so enjoyed having her here!   I sense a friendship in the making!!!
