Slab building, Rylstone NSW

We returned home from our trip today via the charming town of Rylstone. One gets the impression that it's been humming since the lifting of restrictions on 1 June, and I say this while feeling for people in Victoria, where the covid situation doesn't look like improving.

The main is a building made of vertical split logs that looks like it could be original and maintained, though not perfectly. The roof is rusting and the slabs are gappy. It's the building attached to the community garden, which is lush.

The extras show Rylstone's beautiful sandstone Catholic church, an old authentic post box and the slab building from a different angle.

Thanks for hosting Marlieske. Stay well all.
