Red Tail

Backblipped


At about 6 pm I noticed a new visitor to Michael’s garden, “Red Tail”, distinctly different from the others that have been visiting, it was interested in the bird feeder & took some time to figure out  the squirrel feeder. A few minutes later one of the “Pale Tails” appeared & he wasn’t allowing “Red Tail” to remain on the feeder. Red tail went off while pale tail had a feed. Then another pale tail appeared & a stand off ensued, see extras for some of the tussle that took place, they can be quite viscious, I wonder if that was anything to do with the hazelnuts & peanuts in their shells that we added to the squirrel feeder this weekend. It was amazing to watch, I just wish I had videoed it.
