Synchronicity

Came back on Saturday through various degrees of drizzle and downpour. Saw the cat for a total of about 10 minutes over the first three days! (He treats this place like a hotel! Well, like a fast-food cafe).

Onto jobs for the second week of our holiday (if the best laid plans had not gang agly, we would have been in Cornwall...). The van had no synchro on third gear and there was an old gearbox in the garage. Which was PROBABLY OK... so, out with the old and in with the new.

It was like old times. Down to remembering all the correct spanner sizes! Hardest part was connecting the speedo cable.
