Swiss cows....

...on Swiss National day. Normally a day of processions, large gatherings and fireworks but not this year. Lots of tourists around but there is no organized event for them to go to.

It’s still hot so we opted for an early morning bike ride up the mountain followed by a swim in Frience lake. (Extra shows one of the flowers on the edge of the lake). There were already around 30 people there at 9am so I expect it got very busy there later. Friends came for lunch.
