An extra lens!

We were relaxing outside having a drink, when I noticed that there was a dog in Julie's glass. I focused on the dog in the glass and the liquid it contained acted as an extra lens, ensuring that the live dog was considerably out of focus and reversed; an interesting exercise in optics.
