Breakfast of champions

Baked oats and coffee.

Ace.

The plan was to have this, let it digest for an hour then go for a run as the weather was glorious.

But then we fell down a you tube hole. We watched you tube videos for more than an hour, and then i watched an episode of Doom Patrol. It's ace!

By that point the weather had turned and the glorious sunshine had turned to constant drizzle. I was committed to my run so i went out and got soaked.

It was followed by an afternoon in front of the telly. We watched The Titan Games on netflix, then modern family,then an episode of Chef on netflix.

Then cock and bull for dinner which was delicious, accompanied by two of my beers of the month. Then we watched Knives out on prime.

Pretty good saturday.
