Upper Inverroy Walk.
Mrs SJR runs a holiday cottage on the family croft at Stronaba. It has been shut down by law for months. The first guests are arriving today in what is the new -and quite onerous- covid aware regime. There are checklists and rules about bedding, fabrics generally, kichen stuff and well, everything in fact. We were over doing final checks and it is quite stressful.
Later, we did some shopping for my mother,then some housework which involved dismantling a bed in one room shifting to another then taking the bed from that room to the one just vacated. After the bed was made up again we were told the base valance had to be changed for another.This is just stage one of further furniture re-arangement in the next couple of weeks.
