I was up early and had coffee outside watching the sunrise. I then took a little walk down to the sea with dog and by the time we returned Becca was up and ready to run with me so we had a short run up the beach and a walk back. The boys headed off for a bike ride.

Later we all cycled over David’s parents for a get together with them and David’s cousin and family who are holidaying on a boat on the Broads.

Finished the day with another beach walk...feeling tired after all the sea air!
