A few weeks ago 3 of us from the running crew went to one of the running ladies house and she taught us how to make Spring Rolls... I then adjusted the recipe and I made Prawn spring rolls... Hubby and son gave them the thumbs up... I cooked half and put half in the freezer for another time...
