A Street at Arguello

Spent the day waiting for an emergency plumber.  Gah.  It's fixed but has left doubts in our minds on the quality of the work of the sellers.  I'm going to have to get someone in to look at some other things.

In happier news I was able to return a favor to our Portland neighbor which made me feel better.
