Medal

This came in the post today, along with a T-shirt and a bag.  A reward for my EMF Virtual Challenge 10k run last weekend.

The cynic in me says these virtual challenges are just ways of selling overpriced medals, and in this case they already had the medals and T-shirts ordered and needed a way of getting rid of them when COVID struck... 

Anyway, it got me to push myself to do the 10k and added to my pile of bling, so I'm OK with that...  It's always nice to get something like this in the post too, especially when there's not a lot else happening...
