Monkey's Paw

Actually, it's a Buddha's Hand (Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis), or fingered citron. This gnarly little thing may get a lot bigger, and will eventually turn yellow. It is all aromatic pith, no juice or flesh or seeds. 


We had lovely fresh gazpacho for lunch, from all the wonderful stuff in the garden, and avocado toast.
