Back to wet weather gear

Woke up this morning and it was depressing to say the least it was raining and raining all day and it has not stopped at all.
So I had to get my boots, trousers and jacket out of mothballs and yes it is all needed at the moment.
So since walking my dogs in the morning I had 2 jacket changes.
Some rivers are close to bursting also but it's not cold at all.
