Forest Reflections

There is no mistaking Santa Cruz, CA as a beach town. What I didn't know is that there is an entire world away from the beach as well. A beach volleyball friend invited us to dinner at her home located 20 minutes east of the beach, where we have been spending our time since arriving. We were greeted by towering redwoods, still streams, and a deep quiet not found "in town". A lovely change of pace and a whole new type of photo from this area.
