Day 114 RIP Graham

Today was Graham's funeral. We wore blue because he was a lifelong Man City supporter. All of the men wore blue shirts and ties. Sylvia wanted a burial so he was buried in the village that he was born in 88 years earlier and where he lived most of his life. There was no church service due to coronavirus but fortunately, due to recent relaxing of restrictions, we were able to have all of his immediate family at his graveside. Chris and I had written his eulogy which was delivered by one of the old teachers from their school. It was a lovely service and we returned to the family home afterwards to celebrate his life while sitting in the garden. The rain from earlier in the day had thankfully stopped and we shared many stories about his eventful life.

RIP Graham
