there was big buzz - being made about the heron - fishing challenge happening - down at the old watering hole - they said it wasn’t to be missed - and being that herons are a favorite - of mine, i figured i’d - stop by to see what - all the fuss was about

parking was a nightmare - and i barely made - it down to the hole - to see the biggest draw - of all, amidst thundering applause - harriet heron was plunging her head - under the blue water and - as i steadied my camera - up she came with - a gorgeous catch - a stunning orange fish against the blue - sure to take gold - for a repeat victory - and claim yet again why this will be...
