It hasn't come back

Not yet at least. There have been a few false dawns. Pubs  not serving food were to come back next Monday but that has been knocked on the proverbial head. The new date is 31st August. If it comes back then I will be surprised.The only thing brewing at the moment is a major row. Pubs that serve food have already reopened. Many of the pubs that are not allowed to reopen are smaller rural pubs. This has hit them hard financially, many will probably not reopen.
