Busy as

I was in Scunthorpe today. Big meeting all morning - one which is always a bit of a marathon. But there was some useful progress which will hopefully be captured in the minutes. We even got a policy update through, which was helpful. Plus my team now have 100% documents in date and appraisals done. The afternoon was mainly 1:1 meetings and I'm trying to sort things out for my leave next week.

When I got home, this bee was feeding on the Crocosmia, so I was able to whip the compact camera out for a quick shot.
