I Was Here First!!

This plucky little green finch steadfastly ignored the wood pigeon who was pecking at him and stood his ground so that he could have a drink too.
It's not only the birds who visit the fountain, while we were having our lunch in the summerhouse I noticed that wasps were visiting the fountain every few minutes to take a drink too.  Just what's needed on such a warm day.
