Not a sunny day

Woke up early to greet my garden helper only to discover it was pouring rain.  I called him and he said he'd rather not work in the rain - no surprise there.  Then I started a new class this morning about abstracting the landscape.  We'll be looking at two artists, Alex Katz and Ilse D'Hollander and learning about their work and abstract styles and then creating our own works in those styles.  I was surprised that the class was all discussion and the artwork will all be done on our own, but I'm fine with it now that I understand what I need to do (I think!).  So, this was me fooling around in Photoshop trying to learn how to do a few things.
