Dog walk - Zumba - shower at daughter's (our shower has been re-sealed) - lunch with daughters - work - dog walks - work - risotto.

I think that pretty much sums up my activity. It was very hot today & my younger daughter decided to kindly paint the garden fences and a garden chair and to pick our home grown strawberries.
