AOG DAY 7

Well  here in NY we have been spared the all day rains that were threatened  so we have been able to go on with today's events. It was late afternoon though by the time the field dried out enough for the Track and Field events to start. This evening's event is the Finals of the Jumping competition . No question one of top competitors for this even it about to start his run on the Heliopsis Track .Sam Spider comes from a long line of Olympic level jumpers. Will he prevail tonight ? Only time will tell.

( Late entry for this reporter- with profuse apologies- having done the unthinkable  of having two friends over for a socially distanced and masked while not eating dinner on the deck-equally glad the threatened rains did not arrive !)
