Storm damage

We spent all day cutting and hauling brush to a dump set up for storm debris by the local government. I did not realize we had so much. We made 6 trips and probably have as many more to haul. I will admit we have pruned stuff that was damaged earlier this spring from storms that we never got around to cleaning up. One was the top of a 40 foot cedar tree that broke and fell into the center of the tree. Hubby climbed up and tied a rope to it and I pulled it out  with the truck. We may be getting a bit to old for such work as we are both so tired right now. It was still a nice day and I am thankful we are healthy enough to do our own work.
