Council Garages

One for Derelict Sunday.  In the 24 years I've lived in this neighborhood, I've never seen anyone using these garages.  One assumes a few must be used - but probably not the roofless one with a tree growing out of it.  It's a strangely derelict place in an otherwise nice area.
