Met this cool Chick at a Hen party

Made a new friend today with the same name as me (well, she spells hers with a “C”...close enough!) An absolute delight, and so brave - spending a day with a group of girls she didn’t know, all at least 10 years older. She didn’t let it hold her back - and I’m so glad!

A really special day celebrating a wonderful friend, who’s getting married in just a couple of weeks! An extra of Shannon, the beautiful bride-to-be!

Gratefuls:
- A day spent with a group of girls who are just like sunshine in human form. Who enjoy conversation that go beyond the surface, and aren’t afraid to talk about the “real” things in life. Who passionately have each other’s best interests at heart.
- Seeing Rhiannon for the first time since she’s started following Jesus - and she’s brought another girl form our year to Alpha, who’s since started following Him too! Thank you Lord! You hear our prayers and delight in drawing people to Yourself. Just knowing the freedom and forgiveness and purpose she now has - too great a joy for words!
- The gift of Shannon’s friendship over these past few years, such a kind gift from God. Seeing how happy her and Roupen are together, and how much they both love God.
