Blue flower

After poached eggs for breakfast, ArcLight and I went for a walk quite early this morning - it's a good job we got off early, it turned into another hot day.  We met a surprising number of people, all taking exercise on a Sunday morning.

We both spotted and liked these blue flowers - I'm afraid that "nice blue flower" is as far as my identification goes.  They were growing on the edges of the meadow areas that are an important part of High Ash Farm.
