SUNDAY - Staycation Day #2

Today we managed a couple of socially distanced walks with Harriet and George.

The first, a 5.6 km walk to Stoney Middleton passing the Eyam boundary stone where, during the plague, food from neighbouring villages was left in exchange for money (which was put in vinegar in the holes on top) - see extra. We also passed a number of plague graves (Riley graves in extra).

A further 3.2 km yomp over Eyam Moor in warm sunshine after lunch.
