Family time

We met up with J,N and the wee one down at Seamill beach .
It was great to see them all and have a very small hug with the wee one. He has grown ! As has his hair and mine.
He goes back to school on Wednesday so it was great to have a catch up before the holiday ends.
We had fun with sandcastle building, a nice picnic and lots of chats.
We also witnessed a lifeboat rescue of 3 people who got into difficulties on an inflatable kayak.
All quite scary - it was very windy.
Lockdown has been difficult for so many of us - I have found the absence of normal contact very difficult at times.
