Tree on the hill

Thought I would do a nice close up of the tree on the hill behind the house. I decided to use my blog earnings from the year so far to invest in a bridge camera which was in clearance at Argos!

About time I moved photography up a level now my blog is up for a photography award for parent bloggers... Any tips on how to make best use of it?
