#405... Age Champion...

This afternoon my sons High School newsletter arrived in my Inbox and it contained a couple of surprises... Due to Covid-19 sports became a bit different this year... The school cross country became a virtual event over 4 weeks and students logged all the kms they ran or walked... Ruben won with 236kms... He also completed a 4km time trial and is now the 2005 Age Champion for 2020...

All leading to this Sunday when he's going to do a long run which equals a Marathon 42.2km...
