Sunflower

Day148 since isolation and day 11 of the AOG
This little sunflower is self sown from the bird seed.

Last night the judges had to severely reprimand the black syncronised swim team. The golden orfe  were doing really well and set to win when the black team started tail thrashing to try to put them off. Thankfully their little ploy did not work and the golden orfe went on to win Gold . They did very well
Tomorrow we are going to Cornwall to pick up th3 grand daughter for a few days and we will pass through the Berkshire arena so are hoping to see Rudy and the Red Kites in action
A bit aches tonight as I saw the chiropractic again this morning. Bought 2 fans and we are all much cooler when they are on. It is19:27 and the temperature is still 33c. That’s better than earlier today but still way to hot for me.
My sister messaged  me late last night to say my nephew is in hospital with appendicitis. He is 42 yrs. she is in Spain so can’t go to him. He must be a bit afraid. He had a car accident at 14yrs which  left him with Brain damage and he is stuck in the teenage mode. Heard tonight that surgery went well but he is very tired
