Hair Apparent

Poppy went for her first hair colour at a salon. She was nervous about it so opted for a subtle change (slightly darker all over with a few highlights). We think she looks lovely but I think she’s finding it hard to get used to. She wouldn’t let me take a photo so I settled for a selfie she let me have.
Apart from running Poppy backwards and forwards it’s been very much like every other day. A dog walk, reading and pottering round the garden. D bought me some extendable loppers (he knows the way to a woman’s heart) so I was able to deadhead the top of my climbing rose which has been driving me mad!
Also driving me mad is my wasp sting which is still quite swollen and itches like crazy. I hardly slept a wink last night.
