Secret

Impromptu visit from a pal an with my usual never ending pot of tea we set the world to rights. Aah it’s good to moan
After a lot of procrastinated paperwork I headed out to a secret venue for a bit of much needed Body Attack with some of the old gang. Oh it was good to feel those tunes in my bones, even if I couldn’t lift my legs for the kicks let alone the lunges.
