The Walkers....

Up and out early again. A slight frost underfoot and a few clouds in the sky. Here, in the distance, are two friends of mine taking their regular early morning walk. At 6.55am my iPhone blasted out the unmistakeable beeping noise of a National Alert. There was an Alert at 9.30pm last night when we heard of an Auckland family testing positive for Covid-19. The Auckland area went into Level Three Lockdown at 12pm today. The rest of New Zealand is now in Level 2 to enable us to once again beat the virus. We are all in it together folks.
