Tankerton

It was too hot all day to go outside but in the evening we ventured to Tankerton I love the combination of grassy scrubby slope and the sea, The path follows alll along while at the top there is a wide expanse of grass and then the buldings, one hotel and one pub but otherwise houses some very smartly done up and/or rebuilt. There wa a gentle breeze and a happy atmosphere with plenty of room to space out between the groins and lots of swiimmers. .Further along down from Londons were making use of their very expensive beach huts. Home for campari and soda and delicious chicken karhai, a Stephen Harris recipe.
