Another very hot and sunny day which I have spent gardening again, I don’t know why I chose the hottest week of the year to cut back and remove a lot of overgrown shrubs. It’s looking much better now after 4 trips to the recycling centre with the garden waste.  I also cleaned out my small water garden as the plant had got overgrown and the water wasn’t exactly clear. The birds like to drink from it.
