Eyes

Went to get my eyes tested today.
It’s been two years since I was last there.
I know my sight is getting worse as I get older and use glasses for reading.
Was expecting to just update my lenses but instead was told I’ve got a good size cataract on my right eye and a lesser one on the left!!
Wow, was not expecting that!

Removal surgery is so expensive, I’ll have to start saving now, I don’t have medical insurance.
Optician said it wasn’t urgent, I can still see well enough!!
But I need to do something within a year probably.

I feel very old!!
