AND THEREBY HANGS A TALE!

I found this bottle in our workshop fridge & promptly nicked it - first time I tried a "Chouffe" - pretty good actually!

Well I used to live in a brewery called la Brasserie de la "Touffe" (see extra) & while I was there three of our beers got voted "beer of the month" in consecutive months...

La Chouffe had delusions of grandeur & their solicitor wrote to Patrick our master brewer threatening legal action if he didn't change our name because it was too similar to theirs.

Patrick told them to "Bring it on, losers"... They went very quiet!
