For the sharp eyed (very sharp!) you can just about see Eddie Izzard doing his thing on the roof of the DeLaWarr Pavilion. He's in the middle of a run of 10 afternoon shows at the DLWP - 'Expectations of Great Expectations - readings from the novel.
EI, as Bexhill's most famous son, has done loads for the town: putting money into the local museum and donating takings from packed shows towards the renovation of the Pavilion. Always good value.
