Another round of promotional shots for Craig's PT business today.

He was training Elliot who has got through to the next stage of selection process for the Royal Marines. Apparently this involves a number of days of extreme exercise involving mud and water ............... so Craig threw him in the river, made him run up hills, crawl though mud and ...... much, much more!

No wonder Elliot really looks like he wants to punch Craig's lights out!

On a personal note I was really pleased to feel the benefits of my training with Craig ....... I don't think I would have kept up otherwise.
