Surveying his territory

This lovely young starling spent ages just sitting on the feeder watching what was going on in the garden today :) I had popped home to see N [ who has been ill with a nasty attack of shingles on his face poor lad] and was enjoying some down time in the garden with him and the cats.
Mum is doing well and glad to be home. Thank you for all the kind wishes ...they are appreciated.
