Aquacolors

Spent the morning at Aquacolors aqua park which I was hesitant about initially. We got there just as it opened and spent half the day there. We started off with an easy looking slide, but unfortunately there was an incident for dad and Joe as they couldn’t get going in their ring so dad walked back down whilst the rest of us went down. So we headed to the lazy river for dad. The beginning of the river was SUPER lazy, we barely moved, so we complained a lot... It was as if the Lazy River Gods heard us because we turned a corner and suddenly seemed to be in rapids. There were huge waves crashing and throwing us up and down. It definitely sped up the ride. It calmed down again and we went back to slow travel and dad bouncing off the walls, zigzagging his way through.

Mum and I headed to the easier looking slides whilst Joe and Heidi went to some bigger ones. We met them and went down a cool big one together. We then retrieved dad and went to the Crocodile Bar - a bar in the middle of an enclosed pool - to get some drinks including a Long Island Ice tea for mum and a Virgin Mojito for Heidi (she did not like it)!

Joe, being the competitive soul he is, went on the same slide 7 times because there was a timer and he wanted the record. And of course, he got the fastest time of the day!

Next the four of us braced ourselves for the big Magicone slide... It was terrifying! I had my eyes closed the whole time on our first time. We did it three times, and I’m pretty sure I got more scared each time!

We finished with a nice easy slide then headed back to the hotel.

Had a quick lunch then waited for Sven to come for the afternoon. He appeared with Patrik! Heidi was sooo shocked and happy to see him, it was a great moment. We spent hours playing in the sea and playing dobble with them.

A really good day!!
