Crossed wires

Always good not to get your wires crossed. 
Another hot day. I enjoyed my early morning walk down Xwaaqw'um this morning. It's been awhile since I walked through the fields because the grass was so high, but they've been cut so it was a nice change. I picked some more blackberries. A neighbour brought us some plums and now I'm thinking about making a plum and blackberry clafoutis tomorrow. We don't eat dessert often so it might be a nice change.
Extras:
The tides have been extremely low in the mornings. I walked further out on the beach than I ever have and saw a feather caught in some seaweed.
I liked how this leaf was lit by the sun.
