Lightning

The storms lately have been as dramatic as the skies have been. (I know, they are related!!) And the nights have been filled with flashing skies and loud booming, enough to wake us up.

It was fun to see that my yard camera caught a lightning strike in the next field.

The violence of a nearby strike is quite earthshaking. The bright flash coming at the same time as the loud crash, can be epic. Frightening even.

Anyway, it was hot again today. We’ll see what the skies will bring us tonight.
