Birmingham gets it (again)

In spite of  occasional thtreatening skies we had a pleasant  afternoon walk. The meadows were much quieter than they have been for some weeks, perhaps because of the skies or possibly everyone has joined the crowds at the seaside. I did notice that an unually large proportion of the dog and child walkers that we did meet seemed to be men of working age.
We were almost home when we saw this ominous cloud over Birmingham but that was two hours ago.None here, yet.
