Marmalade time

It’s been quite a dull damp day. There’s a touch of Autumn in the air, though it’s still quite warm.

It was good to see the kids going to school today. The local primary has a one way system for getting in and out of the building, whilst the secondary school kids aren’t wearing their blazers ( for Covid reasons ). Anyway , the kids all seemed chirpy enough and , I suspect, happy to be back at school. Well done to all the teachers who have worked hard behind the scenes to make this happen.

In other news our jam jars are out and the Chief is making marmalade.
