Kirk Surrounded by Purple

A breezy start to the day, but mostly sunny and warm. Less wind this evening, but mist came down.

A day working in the museum, and a busy day of tourists. Glad to see folk enjoying our isles, but it is a worry too. A quiet evening at home, some walkies with Sammy, and now feet up.

A fine view for my lunch today. The heather just now keeps on giving, and I keep on loving the beauty it's showing. So many places seem to have a stunning shade of purple, covering hills, surrounding buildings, and even around this kirk and graveyard. Taken above the Quarff kirk.
