Gardening

On Sunday mornings I visit The Mate and today I had a job to do.Pruning the bushes back so that the gateway and pavement were clear of overhanging branches.

I pulled out lots of brambles which might have snatched up a passing child! Brambles are such nasty weeds when they get into gardens. As a reward for my gardening efforts I made sure I kept the berries for eating with ice-cream later.
