A Drop Shared...

Forecast for rain tonight and tomorrow which will be wonderful. There is a sense of drought in the air and the air is thick and languid. We need some freshness and cleansing.

Watering pots and tubs by hand from water butts my dear father put up when we first moved to our present home. So much water goes down the drain from the gutters of our homes and buildings, such a waste of a free commodity. Our butts get us through the dry summer days allowing us to conserve water from mains supply which hopefully gets us some brownie points with Mother Nature...
